We use this only to confirm your trip, reconcile partner payouts, issue invoices and receipts, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Refunds, where applicable, are initiated by the Local Taxi team or the taxi partner and processed back through Seraj Tourism / Razorpay to your original payment method.
